Career Guidance can be done in two different methods;
- The traditional method where you come for a battery of tests (personality, interest and intelligence). 'The traditional method is usually administered to adolescents wanting to know what career path to take after school. It takes an average of 3 hours to administer.
- Advanced career guidance is done for adults and adolescents.This method career guidance is focused on helping the individual find and identify their passion, their true value system, their life purpose as well as a one, five, ten and twenty year plan of reaching a life of meaning and purpose. This approach is based on the belief that every person is a genius and has a deep inner knowing of what they truly would love to do with their lives (in all areas of life). The quality of the questions helps the individual to discover their own genius and future, authentically to themselves. It usually takes 2 hours to administer.
